Returns & Refunds
We want every piece to feel like it was made for you. If something isn't quite right, here is how returns work.
- 30-day returns
- You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
- Condition of items
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear or are missing tags will be sent back to you.
- Return shipping
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement.
- How to start a return
- Email hello@rumnrosenyc.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return, and we will reply with return instructions.
